I just received a picture of the plant that I ordered for my daughter in-law, Mary Langston & it is nothing like the item I chose. First of all I did not order a basket! It was supposed to be a ceramic dish. I am very disappointed in your service. I have used your shop for my last 4 or 5 orders and I will not use you again.

The flower arrangement was beautiful! My friend loved them. However, I ordered them early to be delivered on a specific special day and they were delivered a week early! I was so upset that my friend didn’t get them on her special day.

My dad always has me order flowers for my mom to celebrate their anniversary here as they do not disappoint. The flowers my mother received looked exactly like the image they provide online and almost better! I was stunned when I saw them.

I live in Houston and specifically chose a florist near my niece's home. I like to support local businesses.The florist I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. My niece was absolutely delighted with her birthday flowers.. She sent me a picture of the arrangement and I, too, was delighted. The price I paid was commensurate with the arrangement which was wonderfully a fair price! When I again send flowers to my niece, I will definitely use Bradley Flower Shop.

My Son found the cheese excellent - communication was great which was important for me living in Chicago and trying to get something nice for my son's 21st b-day in Fl. They changed the oranges to grapefruit - must have had a reason - maybe they looked better than oranges so that was the only minor complaint. It was delivered on time and was perfect.
